Once the confirmation of a transaction is final, cancellations are not permitted. However, Dreamstrikers reserves the right to allow a Player to cancel a transaction.

If the Player sends a cancellation request to Dreamstrikers from the registered email address, A cancellation request must be received at least 2 days in advance of the beginning of the round for which the payment is made if you are participating in the paid versions of the Contest. The Dreamstrikers shall not be liable for any subsequent refunds.

After deducting any relevant cancellation fees and taxes, Dreamstrikers may issue a refund to the Player at its sole and absolute discretion. Players may be required to take note of certain additional terms and conditions at the time of the transaction, and such extra terms and conditions shall also govern the transaction. If the additional terms and conditions contain any provision that conflicts with the present terms and conditions, the additional terms and conditions will prevail.

All refunds are processed using the same mode/financial instruments through which the deposits were made to avoid confusion. A refund may be processed within 5-7 working days in some cases, depending on how far along the internal review team is in the process. All awards are subject to a tax deduction ("TDS") in accordance with the Income Tax Act of 1961. TDS certificates for such tax deductions will be issued to the winners. The Winners are liable for paying any other applicable taxes, including but not limited to income tax, gift tax, and so on, in relation to the winnings.
